February 3, 2022Working for builders and contractors in the area is always an interesting job for me, many times I get to photograph homes that have been customized by owners that will never be seen on the market otherwise. The general contractors want to show off the beautiful work they’ve completed and have quality photos to show prospective clients. This style shooting is different than a standard real estate listing, I can focus in on details of craftsmanship or the overall mood that was created in a space.
Sometimes they’ll call me for a small project they’ve completed or a whole house renovation. This a shoot I did for a builder that did a custom deck design and railing system for their client in Chapel Hill, NC. The quality of details were outstanding, notice all the deck screws were covered with wood plugs so they blended seamlessly into the deck.
